„To think means to compare“ (Walther Rathenau)
We are not afraid of comparison - but nobody can do everything. That’s why we only do what we are really good at! Our core business is the worldwide registration and enforcement of industrial property rights such as patents, trademarks and designs. We also advise on the contractual aspects of these intellectual property rights, for example on the drafting of license agreements or research and development agreements, but also on distribution agreements and competition, copyright and employee invention law.
We have experience. We advise the world’s leading companies on building an effective IP portfolio and develop patent, trademark and design strategies that precisely match the interests of our clients. Different clients have different interests. We know that.
Compromises are good - but not always the ideal solution. Careless settlements and easy compliance jeopardise your competitive position in the long run. We have special expertise in the judicial enforcement of claims under patent, trademark, design, competition and contract law. We know what makes your opponent tick and we know the courts.
Legal work costs money. And you have to talk about money. As a rule, we work on the basis of remuneration agreements; fixed prices can also be agreed for certain projects. Before we start our work, we calculate the costs as precisely as possible. Everyone should know where they stand and in a good client relationship there is no arguing about money.
We look forward to hearing from you!
